What are you currently working on?

My role combines a few different hats, so I’m responsible for the marketing and sales functions at the company, client on-boarding and account management for some of our biggest clients, as well as corporate social responsibility.

The most interesting projects that have been keeping me busy recently are the on-boarding of our newest clients – Zephr and Zesty, a few RFIs/RFPs for some interesting prospective clients, the Community Action Month and the upcoming company rebranding.

What is the most challenging aspect of your role?

Switching between different roles & prioritising my tasks properly. I’m also among the longest-serving employees at the company (just celebrated my 10th anniversary), so I’m often being asked for an opinion or advice. This of course requires some extra attention to various matters.

What would you say are three key attributes required for the role?

Being adaptable, well-organised and keen on learning and improving.

What most excites you about your role, what gets you up in the morning?

My role has changed a lot through the years, but that’s something I love about it – there are plenty of opportunities to grow. The company culture is also quite positive and supportive.

What are you currently reading, can you recommend anything?

I’m one of those people who never read just one book at a time. I guess I miss travelling a lot, so currently reading the travelogue of a girl wandering around Mongolia. Unfortunately its only in Bulgarian, so won’t be a great reading recommendation for most, I guess. However, I also just started reading Ray Dalio’s “Principles” – quite interesting so far.

Cats or dogs?

Both – I’m a big animal lover.
